Day-One makes onboarding easy
Day-One is 'primed' with a new starter either by an API feed from your ATS, manual setup by a manager, or simply self-registration by the candidate.
The candidate can now access all their onboarding materials through the Day-One app or from the fully mobile website.
They're taken through an immersive online journey.
Line Managers can connect, be set tasks, message and prepare the new starter.
Create contracts, documents, forms, tasks - whatever you need to bring the new starter into the business!
Progress can be monitored through timelines. Returning information can be sent directly through to your HR Solution.
Day-One counts the employee down to start date, notifies candidates about updates and tracks progress.
The solution sends reminders and alerts to you if starters that are not making progress.
The candidate starts having completed all e-learning modules, contractural information, forms and returned documents.
They've chatted with their line manager, met the team, completed their starter pack, understand your vision and values, know where to go, who to ask for...
If anything changes to their information - their contract, library details, the app pushes these notifications through to their phone. They have 'lifetime' access to all materials.
